Update: Our fantastic year so far!
The past few months have been hectic here at First Event, and with even more exciting changes and opportunities arising – this is just the beginning!
Since we brought in the New Year, we’ve developed a brand new way of working, started working with some incredible new clients, and created a whole new department.
We’ve still got 9 months to go until the end of the year, but here are just a few of our 2019 highlights so far:
We introduced agile working…
The introduction of agile working has been one of the most significant changes we’ve made to the business this year! Flexibility around when and where we work, along with ‘hot-desking’, has helped the whole company to work better together and individually.
Our Account Manager, Holly, made the 2019 C&IT A-List…
Our AMAZING Account Manager Holly has received some well-deserved recognition for the fantastic work she does every single day. Her enthusiasm and can-do attitude has landed her a place on 2019’s prestigious C&IT A-List, and we couldn’t be prouder! Well done Holly!
We created a brand new Business Proposals department…
Led by our new Head of Business Proposals, Marie, our Business Proposals department has become an integral part of the company, and we can’t wait for it to grow even more!
We’ve already welcomed 6 new team members…
As we continue to grow as a company, we’re taking on more and more fabulous industry talent – making our team even stronger than it already is. This year, we’ve already welcomed 6 new team members, including a Business Development Manager, Account Manager, Venue Finding Executive, and Flights Executive. Check out the full First Event team.
