Our employee council, made up of members across all departments, works closely with our management team to provide a positive and encouraging environment for everyone who works here to flourish and thrive.

Yes, you read that right. We are proud to offer unlimited holidays to our team! Flexible working has revolutionised how, where and when we all do our work. So, if working nine to five wasn’t working for us, then why should we still be following strict annual leave policies? You’re encouraged to take as many holiday days as you need – so long as you can get your job done, meet your deadlines and deliver that First Event standard of work to your wider team and clients.

Wellbeing

Everyone should take time out when they need it. That’s why we offer one extra paid day off a year to do something for your mental health.

Company get togethers

We all get together four times a year for our company wide strategy days to talk all things business. But we don’t just work hard, we play hard too, with team away days and company conferences abroad (a previous destination was New York…need we say more?)

Learning

To ensure everyone in the business has the skills they need to smash their job role, we get together every quarter as a team for internal training at an exciting offsite location.

Reward and recognition
