OBJECTIVES:

Our client holds a bi-annual sales incentive to reward high performing customers. Having worked with the client on the scheme for a number of years, we were aware of how previous events could be improved upon, and how we could both motivate customers and create excitement around the event.

OVERVIEW:

First Event dealt with the logistics, travel arrangements, marketing and design for the luxury sales incentive, ensuring every aspect was driven towards delivering an outstanding experience for delegates. Our in-house design team worked closely with the client to come up with a unique brand identity, which was used across all marketing collateral and communications.

The destination of Positano was chosen for its luxurious and affluent feel, with the accommodation, activities, and surroundings giving delegates a true taste of authentic Italian charm. Some of the event highlights included:

  • Optional trips to the ancient city of Pompeii and the island of Capri
  • Arrival into Positano by boat
  • Beautiful farewell gala dinner at an exclusive venue
  • 4-night stay at the 5* Covo Dei Saraceni

On top of the fantastic ground programme we had in place, delegates also enjoyed leisure time to freely explore Positano and its surroundings.
