Our Brief

Having worked with First Event for the past 12 years, a repeat client came to us with a brief for an idea for an annual high-end incentive targeting both new and previous delegates required to meet a sales target that increases annually.

The Solution

Due to the close relationship we’ve developed with this client over the past 12 years, we were fully aware of client expectations and how we could exceed them. We suggested an incentive trip to Miami for an ‘off-the-beat’ experience in a luxury 4* W Hotel on the South Beach to give delegates a first-hand experience of residential Miami.

Providing our full requested service to this client meant that our ground programme was precisely planned to the very last detail, allowing delegates to enjoy four incredible dinners, including a spectacular farewell dinner at the exclusive Versace mansion, a venue previously frequented by the rich and famous. The daytime activities were a little more off-the-radar, making this experience one to remember. Delegates were taken on a walking and tasting tour of three different neighbourhoods, stopping for brunch and coffee as only locals would and making the most of Miami’s hidden treasures.

Naturally, no trip to Miami would be complete without a trip into the Everglades. However, we carried out the experience a little differently, taking delegates onto small airboats to be flew at exhilarating speeds, all whilst being a short distance away from local wildlife, including the iconic alligator. Other highlights included dinner at Seaspice, an ‘under-the-radar’ seafood restaurant frequented by the likes of David Beckham, complete with yacht parking; and a trip to Asian-fusion eatery, Juvia, offering breath-taking views over Miami’s South Beach.
