EVENT: VIRTUAL CHRISTMAS PARTY

A national magazine and community for Personal Assistants and Secretary’s wanted to transform their annual Christmas Party 2020 to a virtual celebration. They wanted an online evening of interactive entertainment, professionally hosted within a virtual event venue.
Unable to bring the industry together in person, our client came to us in October last year with a plan to run an evening of virtual entertainment for over a 100 attendee’s across the U.K.
First Event created a user friendly platform that was fully customised to our client and the event features we decided upon together.
On the bespoke website we included information about the event, discount codes from partners, a cocktail making tutorial, a social media wall, the annual awards, a mosaic wall, interactive games with the chance to win prizes and information about all the companies that made the event possible.
The client’s main objective was for the event to be a fun and relaxed evening, the feedback received from the delegates and clients resulted in a successful Christmas Party.
The virtual party allowed for delegates all over the country to attend.
