Health and safety documentation is completed in advance of all our events in accordance with the agenda of that individual event. It can be shared with our clients as required.
As part of this process we conduct a number of checks on both the event venue and our suppliers.
Venue First Aid arrangements and security Speed of response and proximity of the responder in the event of an emergency Venue fire and evacuation procedures The nearest hospital, doctors and emergency services telephone numbers Driver licenses and permits
Workplace health and safety is covered as part of our induction procedure with the responsibility lying directly with our Managing Director. Copies of our Health and Safety statement can be provided upon request.
