A repeat client of ours hold an annual incentive event for customers who hit yearly sales targets. After a successful trip to Florence previously, our clients wanted their second annual event to drive sales with a particular emphasis on their premium product range. They also wanted to increase customer loyalty, and develop long-lasting, valuable relationships.
We know this client well and knew that they were already a fan of Miami as a destination. Therefore, we decided to take our clients to Miami’s stunning South Beach for a ‘off-the-beaten-track’ event that defied traditional tourist routes. Staying at the luxurious W South Beach Hotel adjacent to the beachfront, delegates enjoyed the affluence of Miami, whilst also experiencing unique activities included in our bespoke ground programme. Guests were sped around the houses of the rich and famous on jet boats; taken on a culinary walking and tasting tour of residential Miami, and accompanied on a guided tour of the Everglades, where they got up close and personal with alligators and native wildlife.
Ending the trip with a spectacular gala dinner and show at the exclusive new Faena Hotel, guests left Miami satisfied that they’d received a memorable and rewarding experience personalised to their own interests.
