Event objectives:

Our client wanted to create a two-day, family-focused experience that would allow their target marketing to get up close and personal with both new and existing products. After welcoming over 7,000 people to their 2018 event, their aim was to have 10,000 attend this immersive product launch event in 2019.

 

 

 

 

Event overview:

Following on from last year’s successful product launch, we worked with the Forestry Commission at Sherwood Pines to create an experience that would both surpass client expectations and provide a family-friendly atmosphere for attendees to get to grips with the exciting range of products.

Local companies and suppliers, offering services complimentary to our clients’ product, created a truly immersive biking world for attendees to enjoy, and experience the latest innovations across the industry. TV favourite Ted Robbins took over the stage during the two days, introducing live music acts and providing entertainment throughout the day for both children and adults.

This event was created around the needs and wants of our attendees, which is why we listened closely to attendee feedback gathered from the previous year. After attendees highlighted the need for more children’s activities at the event, we created a dedicated children’s area, perfect for young bikers to safely test ride their bikes in secure spaces. We also kitted out the space with a petting zoo, exciting stunt shows, and a versatile catering area adding to the ‘family’ aspect of the event.

Results:

Despite the bad weather, the event attracted over 10,000 attendees, smashing the previous years’ attendance numbers out of the water. Across the two days, attendees were able to truly immerse themselves in the world of our client, and the experiences their products can create.
