This year, the client came to First Event seeking to elevate their annual branch directors’ meeting. They wanted more than a traditional conference—they wanted an experience that would inspire their leaders to “go for gold” and take ownership of the future growth of their branches.
With 280 branch directors gathering in Alicante, the challenge was to motivate, educate, and engage attendees in a way that felt both relevant and energising.

Solution
To turn the client’s vision into reality, First Event crafted a strategy that combined inspiration, engagement, and action. We knew that simply presenting information wouldn’t be enough, attendees needed to feel motivated, involved, and empowered to take ownership of their branch’s future.
We kicked off with a cohesive football-themed narrative, infusing visuals, language, and sessions with energy, teamwork, competition, and ambition. Every speaker and moment reinforced the core message: “going for gold.”
Pre-event, we built momentum with targeted communications that teased key sessions, introduced the vision, and got attendees thinking about their own goals—setting the stage for a fully immersive experience.
On-site engagement was amplified through a custom event app. Attendees could submit 2025 commitments, explore a dynamic agenda, interact via chat, and revisit content afterward—creating ownership and proactive participation.
Dynamic AV production brought the story to life: synchronized lighting, a two-screen stage, and seamless transitions between sessions and the awards ceremony made every moment memorable. Attendees weren’t just spectators—they were part of an experience combining entertainment, inspiration, and actionable insights.
By blending storytelling with strategy, First Event ensured attendees left inspired, motivated, and equipped to drive long-term growth in their branches.
