The Challenge

As healthcare technology continues to evolve, standing out in a crowded exhibition hall requires more than a well-designed stand. It takes an experience that captures attention, sparks conversation and leaves a lasting impression. Diaverum, a global leader in kidney care, wanted to return to exhibiting at the ERA Congress in Glasgow after several years away. Their goal was to showcase their expertise, raise awareness of their new platform, and position themselves as pioneers in healthcare technology and AI innovation. Alongside introducing the world’s first AI kidney health assistant, the team wanted to attract visitors to the stand, encourage meaningful engagement, capture valuable audience data and generate sign-ups for the platform.
Tell Us About Your Event
A trade show stand for Diaverum features a large logo, a screen with a presentation, an interactive touchscreen display, and a backdrop with photos of smiling people and green leaf designs, highlighting the power of Shared Experiences. A Diaverum exhibition stand features a large orange screen with the company logo and “35 Years,” celebrating shared experiences, alongside images of smiling people in the background and modern wooden displays in the foreground. Two digital screens: one displays holistic and personalised, life-enhancing illustrations; the other shows a leaderboard with scores, fostering shared experiences. The setup is in a modern, light-wood booth with red accents. A trade show stand for Diaverum features a curved wooden arch, bright lighting, a large screen displaying shared experiences among people, and colourful structures in the background. A ladder and setup materials are also visible.

The Solution

We designed and delivered a bespoke exhibition stand that brought Diaverum’s brand, values and mission to life at the Scottish Event Campus (SEC). At the heart of the stand was the Body, Mind & Soul Bar, offering freshly brewed coffee and healthy infused water, reflecting Diaverum’s commitment to holistic wellbeing. The stand combined striking design with thoughtful functionality, ensuring every element worked to support engagement and brand awareness. To drive interaction and capture valuable audience insight, we developed an interactive quiz hosted on a touchscreen totem. Visitors were incentivised to take part, creating a natural opportunity to collect data while educating attendees about kidney health and Diaverum’s innovative services. The client also hosted live panel sessions from the expo stand, with attendees listening through wireless headphones. These sessions drew crowds, increased dwell time and reinforced Diaverum’s position as a thought leader within the healthcare sector.
