From initial planning to onsite execution, our procedures are designed to respond quickly and effectively in the face of disruption minimising risk and ensuring safety at every stage.

Crisis Management Training & Business Continuity Planning

ll team members complete Crisis Management training as part of their induction, ensuring they understand the protocols and their roles in any emergency.

We also have a dedicated Crisis Gold Team responsible for overseeing and activating our disaster recovery procedures. This team undergoes annual simulation training, supported by an external consultant, to stress-test our response and identify opportunities for improvement.

Operational departments participate in regular crisis workshops, with post-training debriefs helping us continuously strengthen our processes and close any identified gaps.

Event-Specific Crisis Management Procedures

We integrate disaster recovery planning into every event we manage, working closely with clients and suppliers to ensure a shared understanding of procedures. Our event crisis process includes:

  • Liaising with clients to align on their crisis plans and contact structures.

  • Conducting a detailed Event Crisis Assessment.

  • Storing key contact information and attendee lists in an accessible Crisis Folder.

  • Including Crisis Management in all event updates and pre-event briefings.

  • Ensuring onsite contact details are kept up to date and accessible to our Crisis Gold Team throughout the event.
