With a loyal audience and a well-established brand experience, the client needed to evolve without losing the essence of what made their events a success. Our Solution

For the Roadshow, balance was everything, honouring the event’s legacy while injecting fresh energy to make it bigger, bolder, and more fun.

Each regional stop kicked off with relaxed welcome drinks, the perfect scene for reconnecting. Guests then flowed into an interactive expo, carefully mapped to each unique venue and brought to life with bold branding guiding them to every stand.

Engagement was non-negotiable. Gamified challenges turned product learning into play and expo bingo that encouraged mingling and meeting new faces. Regional mini-awards celebrated clever product use and built buzz for the National Awards, giving attendees a taste of what it takes to win big.

The National Awards took celebration to the next level. Daytime perks included a round at the world-famous Celtic Manor golf course or blissful spa time. Evening began with red carpet photos, caricature artists, close-up magic, and foosball, setting the tone for a night of connection.

Inside the main ceremony, guests stepped into a stunning branded space. A three-course feast preceded the prestigious awards hosted by Sky Sports’ Hayley McQueen; honouring dedication, innovation, and excellence. The night ended on a high with drumming DJ Lyndsay, delivering an unforgettable finale of music, rhythm, and pure celebration.
