Turning Challenge into Opportunity A Product Showcase

Client

Overview

Victory Leisure is a leading name in the holiday home industry, known for their innovation, quality, and dedication to creating spaces where people can truly unwind. Traditionally, they showcase their homes at the Harrogate Holiday Home Show, a landmark event in the sector. When the 2025 show was cancelled, Victory saw more than just a gap in the calendar. They saw an opportunity.

A sign reading “More homes this way” stands behind a white picket fence with blooming pink flowers, creating a charming product showcase. In the background, two people walk toward modern homes on a sunny day. Three small, modern prefabricated homes are displayed on artificial grass with a clear blue sky above. Flags and plants in front highlight the area as a stylish product showcase or showroom for potential buyers. An outdoor seating area with white tables and chairs under large beige canopies, perfect for a product showcase. Decorative banners hang across the space, with modern buildings and blue sky in the background. An outdoor product showcase at a modular building showroom, with people walking and talking among display cabins, flags, booths, and informational signs under a clear sky.

The Challenge

With no Harrogate Show to attend, Victory risked missing out on a major touchpoint with their audience. They needed a way to:

In short: they needed to go big, on their own turf, and get it right the first time.

  • Replace the exposure Harrogate usually delivers.

  • Shine a spotlight on their Giberdyke showroom (a hidden gem many customers didn’t even know about).

  • Give customers the rare chance to explore multiple homes onsite at once.

    • Create a warm, memorable experience that feels more personal than a trade show.

Our Solution

Instead of waiting for opportunities, Victory made their own. Together, we designed and delivered their very first large-scale, own-brand showcase event at the Giberdyke showroom.

Here’s how we made it happen:

  1. Perfect timing:

September, to keep consistency with Harrogate’s traditional dates.

  2. Inviting the right people:

A mix of loyal contacts and new faces reached through social and direct outreach.

  3. Creating an experience:

A relaxed garden-party vibe with interactive touchpoints, luxury hospitality, and thoughtful details that made guests (and even their dogs!) feel celebrated.

  4. Driving discovery:

Clever engagement solutions encouraged footfall across every single home.

  5. Branding that stuck:

Distinctive, cohesive visuals woven through the entire site.

  6. Supplier showcase:

Partner brands were integrated seamlessly, adding depth and value for guests.

Why

It Worked

The event smashed expectations. Nearly 200 guests attended, far beyond initial targets.

Attendees loved the rare chance to tour multiple homes in one place, and many walked away with a new understanding of what Victory’s Giberdyke showroom had to offer. The fresh format, part product showcase, part social experience, left a lasting impression and positioned Victory as not just a holiday home brand, but a host of memorable moments.

Most importantly, Victory turned a potential setback into a brand-building milestone. They didn’t just fill the gap Harrogate left, they created something entirely their own.
