Our client is a fast-growing beauty wholesale company with offices in London and Amsterdam and remote employees across Europe. Known for their energetic and young team, they are passionate about innovation, collaboration, and creating memorable experiences for their employees.

The client wanted to bring their dispersed team together to build authentic connections, foster creativity, and brainstorm growth strategies beyond the beauty industry. They needed a mix of interactive workshops and leisure experiences that would inspire fresh ideas, encourage collaboration, and reflect their fun, vibrant culture.

Our Solution

Having partnered with this client for three consecutive years, we know their team’s preferences inside out. With 100 attendees this year, we chose Malaga, a location that matched their youthful, energetic vibe.

With all that in mind, here’s how we designed the event:

  1. Day 1

    Arrivals, leisure time, welcome dinner at a rooftop infinity pool.

  2. Day 2

    Palo Verde business hackathon, paella-making experience, leisure time, offsite dinner on the beach with DJ.

  3. Day 3

    Catamaran excursion with swimming and shared experiences, leisure time, drinks reception, and final dinner at Nikki Beach with exclusive use and staff DJs.

  4. Overall

    Workshops focused on brand growth, innovation, and presenting new ideas to the company, while leisure experiences helped foster genuine connections.
