Overview
A global tech scaleup wanted to reward and celebrate their team’s achievements with a high-impact incentive travel event. With 270 attendees from two countries, their goal was to create incredible lifelong memories, strengthen relationships across global teams, and deliver an experience fully aligned with their brand values.

Bringing together 270 delegates from multiple countries for an incentive event was no small feat. The client wanted an experience that was seamless, personalised, and true to their brand, while offering a mix of work, culture, adventure, and team-building. Solution
From the start, we worked closely with the client’s internal event team to ensure every detail aligned with their objectives, brand values, and communications. We managed the full experience; from branded charter flights and a bespoke event website to travel, accommodation, venues, and every activity on the itinerary.
On the ground, our dedicated team provided support at every step, welcoming delegates, meeting their needs, and handling any unforeseen challenges.
Over four days in Montreux, the programme blended work, adventure, and celebration. It kicked off with a Leadership Summit, followed by a Swiss-themed Welcome Party with live music, games, and branded touches.
Adventures continued at Glacier 3000, with tobogganing, sledging, the Peak Walk, and Alpine dining. Geneva offered exploration, leisure, and optional skiing in Leysin. Delegates then indulged in a chocolate workshop and wine tasting in Lavaux, followed by a Swiss restaurant tour with team-building activities.
The event culminated at Chillon Castle with a Holi-themed gala, featuring a dance performance and a three-course Indian fine dining menu. Finally, an Awards Ceremony at Le Petit Palais celebrated outstanding individuals and the team’s collective success in unforgettable style.
