Overview
Since 2019, we have partnered with this leading construction industry client to deliver their long-term incentive strategy. Our relationship has grown through a deep understanding of their goals, brand, and audience, enabling us to design unforgettable experiences that reward and motivate their top-performing partners. For the 2024 Premier Club incentive, the client wanted to create a luxury trip to Dubai that would recognise loyalty and inspire continued performance.




The
Challenge
The challenge was to craft a truly exclusive and personalised incentive experience for 250 delegates that combined luxury, adventure, and meaningful engagement while reflecting the client’s brand values. With such a large and diverse group, we needed to ensure each element—from pre-event communications to on-site delivery—was seamless, memorable, and inspiring. Previous events provided insights into attendee preferences, but expectations were higher than ever for this iteration of the Dubai incentive.

Solution
We began by collaborating closely with the client, conducting in-depth meetings to understand their objectives, vision, and desired outcomes. Bringing together our in-house experts across event management, logistics, marketing, design, and technology, we created bespoke recommendations to elevate the attendee experience.
Through collaborative workshops, we developed a strategic plan with clear milestones and deliverables, designed to align with the client’s goals and brand identity. Our core mission was to provide a once-in-a-lifetime Dubai experience that rewarded and incentivised their top partners, building on insights from previous events to ensure every detail resonated with the audience.
Pre-event engagement included a luxurious event brochure and bespoke event app, inspiring attendees and encouraging them to achieve their sales targets.
The Premier Club 2024 experience was hosted at the Hilton Palm Jumeirah, a five-star hotel on Dubai’s Palm West Beach. Delegates enjoyed a choice of 10 exclusive activities, including the world’s longest urban zip line across Dubai Marina, a high-rise edge walk, and a signature pool party. On-site, our managers ensured seamless execution, overseeing every detail, handling real-time adjustments, and maintaining clear communication with the client.
