This exhibition stand design and build for Midnight at Consensus Hong Kong transformed a traditional booth into a high-impact brand experience. Positioned at the main entrance and spanning 6×12 metres, the stand became the epicentre for Midnight’s Mainnet announcement, live demos, podcasts and partner engagement.

The event goals

Consensus Hong Kong brought together 15,000 of the world’s leading developers, investors, founders and institutions. Midnight needed an exhibition stand design and build that could draw attention and deliver a premium brand experience. The goals were to:

  • Announce the Midnight Network Mainnet on a global stage

  • Showcase Midnight’s technology through immersive demos

  • Facilitate partner, investor, and media conversations

  • Capture live content to extend reach beyond the event

  • Position Midnight as a leader in privacy-first blockchain infrastructure

How did the exhibition stand design attract and engage attendees?

The stand was designed by our creative team to pull people in and keep them there. Open architecture made it accessible from all angles, while clearly defined zones gave every interaction purpose.

Key features included:

  • A private central meeting room for high-value conversations
  • Integrated podcast studio with Silent Disco headphones so attendees could listen in
  • External live video feeds to draw attention from the show floor
  • Innovative, bold design aligned with Midnight’s enterprise positioning

Located at the main entrance, the stand benefited from constant footfall, becoming a natural meeting point throughout the event.

A highlight was Midnight City, a live simulation showing how Midnight’s privacy infrastructure works in real-world scenarios.
