The Solution

Curated experiences for community engagement, including: 

  • Evening dine-arounds in local Buenos Aires restaurants, allowing attendees to explore the city.
  • A Welcome Dinner, sponsored by the Cardano Foundation, featuring keynote speeches.
  • An authentic Asado (Argentinian BBQ) to immerse guests in the culture.

Incorporating global participation and symbolism through: 

  • A live two-way communication link ensuring those not in Buenos Aires could fully engage in the discussions and vote.
  • Live-streaming the discussions and signing across multiple social platforms to include the wider community.

A grand finale worthy of the achievement included:

  • A gala dinner, featuring a mesmerising performance of tango dancers.
  • A spectacular outdoor celebration, where attendees gathered on the university steps, surrounded by local drummers, and an electrifying atmosphere of unity and triumph.

The Results

  • The vote passed with over 75% approval, marking a historic milestone in the decentralization of governance.
  • 17K+ live-stream views across platforms amplified the moment beyond Buenos Aires, ensuring global participation.
  • Attendees left inspired, connected, and celebrated, with an experience that honoured their contributions and cemented their shared vision.
