Event overview:

The awards ceremony scheduled for late March 2021 needed to create excitement and interaction from the delegates therefore we created a bespoke website to meet the client’s requirements.

The website was created with a virtual world in mind with areas such as photo wall, photo booth, arcade games, nightclub, meet & mingle and the awards stage which were all created to enhance the delegate’s experience.

Speaker packs were sent out and pre event technical checks were also carried out with the hosts to guarantee a slick event whilst a technical chatbot was created for the evening where delegates could ask the First Event team for any support required.

The awards evening ran from 6-8pm with 250 delegates attending the event. The award segment of the event enabled our client to bring the team together and celebrate individual successes within their business. We included features in the platform such as use of emoji’s and clapping when a delegate was called to the stage to ensure that all attendees could engage with each whilst celebrating virtually.

Following the award ceremony, delegates were able to make full use of the virtual world whether they wanted to network with colleagues, visit the arcade to play games or visit the nightclub with hundreds of songs selected by attendee’s.
