New year, new site
After a whole lot of hard work, we’re excited to introduce you to our brand new website!
For the past 6 months, our team have been working hard on the First Event company rebrand, ensuring that we can show off our work in a contemporary way that reflects the first-class service we aim to provide our clients with.
We are an events management company dedicated to providing business owners with bespoke, luxury events for incentive and business travel purposes. We like to think, and truly believe that we are a personable, client-focused company with a plethora of company values, which are passion, unity, trust, honesty, commitment, and fun.
Our mission statement is simple, to understand our customers business and help them to achieve their goals with passion, integrity and creative thinking!
Past events we’ve managed include incentive trips to Barcelona, Florence, and Miami, along with conferences all over the UK, and a trip to Peru in the pipeline for 2018. This year, we’re sending clients to incredible destinations such as Budapest, Marbella and Jamaica to name a few, giving us a definite upper hand when it comes to being experienced in the events management industry.
Over the past 12 months, our team has more than doubled in numbers, acquired a brand new marketing team and taken on more creative designers – leading us to a sleek rebrand to represent our current presence in the events industry.
The expansion of our business means an increase in our client industries, having won over clients in new sectors including construction, food, and professional services.
Our recently expanded creative marketing and design team believe that a company rebrand and new website will optimise opportunity for an improved digital marketing strategy. Head of Marketing, Alex Melia, joined First Event 6 months ago to head up the new, now 4-person strong marketing team. She says:
"Our new website was a necessity to ensure that we convey who we are and continually improve our services to relate and appeal to existing and potential clients. We’re great at what we do, and the new website is a great way to showcase our work.
The new website encompasses everything we stand for as a company. It’s fun, eye-catching, modern, current, and represents our current presence in the events industry, whilst also allowing us to implement a new marketing strategy to ensure we’re on the radar."
Head of Creative, Sharon Pilbeam, is excited about the recent additions to the design team, and thinks a company rebrand and website redesign will help to get First Event noticed for our impeccable attention to event design and aesthetics:
"The new design doesn’t display a radical change, but it is sleeker and much more modern. We want to show that we’re always at the forefront of design, and that clients know they can count on us to receive the best possible design and aesthetic work for their event. There’s no better way to show off our design skills than to use them on our own website."
The digital and creative offering we’re looking to push is something that Managing Director, Richard Murphy has implemented himself, ensuring that we make the most of communication methods to enhance customer experience and business goals through incentives as a marketing tool and in-house reward scheme:
"Everyone knows I’m a big fan of digital marketing, and I feel it’s an essential tool to ensure that we can creatively show our existing and potential clients to see the way we achieve their key business objectives through event management.
We want to push ourselves to provide clients with the best options of engagement and communication, and believe that a company rebrand and new digital marketing strategy is the perfect way to brag about the fantastic services we offer.
You’re going to hear a lot more from First Event. We’ve got a lot to say, and a lot to show."
